Food Sourcing

In the interest of providing only the highest quality, freshest ingredients to our guests and to take advantage of seasonal specials, Picán may at times make unannounced menu changes, additions or substitutions. Some substitutions may incur additional charges. Please call ahead with any specific menu questions.

Food Sensitivities

We proudly offer several creative vegetarian, vegan and gluten-friendly menu items. Our wait staff can readily answer questions you may have regarding food handling and preparation, food sourcing and help you make selections to meet both your dining and dietary preferences.


Corkage $25 per 750 ml bottle, maximum 2 bottles; $50 per magnum bottle, maximum 1 bottle.

We charge a “cakeage” fee of $5 per slice on desserts brought in and served at the restaurant.

Picán can design custom celebratory and special occasion desserts, including wedding, bridal shower and birthday cakes; please inquire in advance for information.


California is experiencing a severe drought; to comply with the State’s new water laws, businesses must achieve 25% mandatory reduction in water usage. To be in compliance with regulations, we can no longer place water on tables as you arrive or offer water at your table when you are seated. If you would like water, please request from your server and we may then serve you!

We also request you keep your silverware and use it for more than one course, please. This helps keep down the amount of dishwashing done in the restaurant. Any water left in water glasses requested by our guests are being used to water our patio plants. It’s not a lot, but as we all know, every drop counts and it’s a great way to reclaim and recycle water.
